I lost my progress / data — what can I do?

What happened to my data and progress?

I deeply regret to inform you that there have been incidents of data loss caused by issues with my previous database service provider. Despite substantial investment in their services, significant amounts of data were lost on multiple occasions. As a result, I moved Focus Dog to my own database starting with version 3.16.0. Unfortunately the data that was permanently lost cannot be recovered, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

How can I attempt to recover my account?

Please try one of the following options:

a) Reinstall the app

  1. Delete the app from your device.
  2. Reinstall it from the official store.
  3. Log in using your existing credentials.

b) Reset your password

  1. Update to the latest version of the app (3.16.1 or higher).
  2. On the login screen, tap Reset password.
  3. Follow the instructions to set a new password and regain access.

If neither option works, you can also start a new account.

How can I recover my purchases?

To restore in-app purchases:

  1. Open the app’s settings.
  2. Tap the PRO section.
  3. Scroll down and tap Restore.
