I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Note: This help website is not connected to the Focus Dog app’s user database. Creating an account or clicking “Forgot Password” on this website will not help you recover your Focus Dog app password.

If you’ve forgotten your password for the Focus Dog app, follow these steps to regain access:

1. Open the app and go to the login screen.
2. Tap Forgot password.
3. Enter the email address you registered with, then tap Reset password. The app will send you a verification email and show input fields for the confirmation code and a new password.
4. Open your email app and find the message from Focus Dog.
5. Copy the confirmation code from the email.
6. Return to the app, paste the code into the input field, set your new password, then tap Save.
7. The app will log you in. From now on, use the new password to access your account.
